Welcome to Bybunish.com, operated by Bybunish LLC. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before you buy. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Bybunish” mean Bybunish LLC.

1. General

Bybunish LLC is a limited-liability company registered in the State of Nevada, United States (Nevada Entity ID E58458832026-5, Nevada Business Identification No. NV20263609254), trading as Bybunish.com, an online store specializing in outdoor and backyard equipment, operating from 1190 Grand Canyon Blvd, Reno, NV 89502, United States. We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that governs that order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to place an order.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.
  • We work to display descriptions, images, and specifications accurately, but slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
  • Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than fulfil it at the mistaken price.

4. Product Condition

We sell both new and refurbished, open-box and used equipment. The condition of every item is stated on its product page. Refurbished, open-box and used items are inspected and function-tested before shipping and may show cosmetic wear from previous use. They are not sold as new, and unless the product page states otherwise they do not carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to them in full.

5. Independent Retailer

Bybunish LLC is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any of the manufacturers whose products we sell. Manufacturer names, model numbers and trademarks are used only to identify the products offered.

6. Orders and Payment

  • An order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • Accepted payment methods and security are covered in our Payments Policy.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized, or that we cannot verify.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, costs, and carrier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. We currently sell and ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is handed to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy. Please review both before starting a claim.

9. Product Use and Safety

Outdoor and backyard equipment must be assembled, installed, maintained, and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and any applicable local regulations. Some products require professional installation or a permit. Bybunish LLC is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper assembly, installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

10. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content systematically, or to submit false orders or misleading reviews.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Bybunish LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Manufacturer names and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

13. User Content

If you post a review, photo, or comment, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive right to display and use it in connection with our store. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

14. Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites, including manufacturer pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bybunish LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, carrier disruption, or supply chain failure.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and us.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
