Here is the part most stores will not tell you plainly: a share of our mowers and generators are refurbished or open box. They were display models, packaging-damaged units, or unused customer returns — inspected and function-tested before they ship.

That is why a refurbished unit costs meaningfully less here than the same machine bought new. It is not a discount gimmick. It is where the savings come from.

Every listing states its condition on the product page. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, the term is stated there too. Refurbished, open-box and used units are sold without manufacturer coverage — your protection on those is our 30-day return policy. If a page does not say it, ask us and we will tell you straight.
